Handmade Black Star Ceramic Stoneware Side Plate

A playful handmade ceramic star plate, featuring a single bold black star on natural stoneware clay. Simple, graphic and timeless, this small stoneware plate is designed to bring a little personality to everyday tableware.

Each plate is individually handmade and hand-painted in my London studio. The black star design sits beneath a glossy transparent glaze, allowing the natural warmth and subtle texture of the stoneware clay to show through.

Made from high-fired stoneware, these plates are durable and designed to be used and enjoyed every day. Use yours as a side plate, small serving plate, dessert plate or decorative piece — they're also dishwasher and microwave safe.

As every plate is handmade, slight variations in shape, size and painted design are to be expected. I keep the overall sizing and finish consistent, and when multiple plates are ordered together, I carefully select similar sizes so they sit beautifully as a set while retaining their individual handmade character.

Made to order: Each plate is individually made to order rather than mass-produced. Please allow approximately 2–4 weeks before dispatch to account for making, drying, bisque firing, glazing and the final high-temperature firing.
